Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Appointments are preferred and guarantee you a pick up time. However, walk-in appointments may be available. Walk-in appointments do not guarantee a specific time that your dog will be ready; you will be called when they are done. Some services such as nail trimming, nail grinding, anal gland expression need no appointment, and are done in your presence.

Q: How long does a grooming appointment take?
A: It depends on what type of service is being provided. Most dogs coming for a full grooming (which includes a haircut) should allow 2-3 hours.  Of course, if your dog requires more work than the average dog it may take more time. Express appointments are also available, please call to inquire about times.

Q: What if I cannot pick up or drop off on time?
A: If you cannot drop off your dog at the correct time please call us as soon as possible. It may be that you can drop off earlier or later depending on the day and time; rescheduling may be a better option. If you cannot pick up on time, you can always pick up after your pick up time as long as it is before closing. However, it is always nice to receive a call, so we are not expecting you. If you wish to pick up your dog early please call us as soon as possible and we will try our very best to accommodate you. It is easiest for us, if you know in advance that you need to pick up at a certain time, let us know when you schedule your appointment.
 
Q: What if my dog has special needs, or requires special handling?
A: We work with dogs that have special needs regularly. Whether your dog bites, is a puppy, is old, has anxiety, etc… we have been trained to work around these situations. It is best to know when you schedule your appointment, so that we can allow more time if needed. In severe situations an additional handling charge may apply.
